Payment By PAYPAL

Shopping with Green Ore Naturals is simple. Having browsed our shop and made your selection, your items will be stored in your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where there is the option to pay by PAYPAL. PAYPAL offer a free and secure method of credit card / debit card payment & you don't need to be a member.

Once you have processed your order using the PAYPAL shopping cart and checkout an email confirming your order,and payment receipt will be sent to you.

Postage & Dispatch, Delivery & Back Orders & Substitutions

At the moment we only ship to the UK, postage is a flat rate of £5.50. We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days from receipt of payment. Any item out of stock will be placed on back order and we will notify you of approximate delivery time, or offer a reasonable substitution if it exceeds our standard 14 days. We reserve the right to amend or replace items contained in our kits and packs with a similar product if certain components are out of stock, and contents may vary slightly to the displayed item. We will require a signature on receipt for all orders.  Please ensure that your address is correct when ordering as we cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address where the address or post code is incorrect.

Returns Policy

We have a 7 day no quibbles returns policy (as long as the products have not been used in any way!). On receipt of the returned item we will issue a full refund or exchange. Cost of postage will  be at customer's expense and returns must only be sent to our return goods address (see outer packaging or email us via the contact form). Providing the goods arrive in good condition, in original packaging  we will refund  once we have received them. You are responsible for the goods in transit and we strongly recommend that you use a "signed for" delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for goods that are not returned safely. We are unable to refund any goods that have been used, opened, or worn, and where the packaging has been damaged we reserve the right to make a reduction in return value. We are  unable to refund any perishable goods.

Damaged Goods

Goods should be received by you in the same condition as they left us. If a product you purchase from us is faulty you can return it to Green Ore Naturals for a full refund or exchange. Please advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods if there is a fault. We reserve the right to offer a repair in preference to an exchange. Goods must be returned with original packaging and with delivery note and must be sent to our returned goods address (see outer packaging). We will not take responsibility for goods not received and strongly advise the use of a 'signed for' returns service.  If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred once we have received the goods, providing we agree that the error was on our part. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services.

Data Protection

We request personal details on the order form for our records only. We do not disclose customer information to third parties. All emails you receive will be directed through Green Ore Naturals. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. By shopping at Green Ore Naturals you will on occasion be sent emails with information on special offers or news about us. If you do not wish to be added to this mailing list please email us with UNSUBSCRIBE in the title block to our email address.

Complaints

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us. If for any reason you wish to complain you may email using the contact form on the home page or write to Green Ore Ltd at 145-157 St James St London EC1V 4PY. Please note this is not the address for returns and any packages cannot be received there - this address is for correspondence only. (The returns address is on the box your goods arrive in, or we can send it to you by email if you have an item to return.) This does not affect your statutory rights.
